Workshop: Equity-Diversity-Inclusion and Accessibility Training

February 3, 2020 10:00am
Shiva at the Public Theater
$25 for TSDCA Members

Monday, February 3rd, Time: 10am - 5pm

TSDCA is very excited to announce this special workshop presented by Equity Quotient, in partnership with The Public Theater, which continues our organization’s mission to create a more inclusive environment for the theatrical sound design/composition community.

TSDCA desires to build capacity within and between its members to have a shared understanding of the systems and structures that underlay persistent chronic racial, ethnic and cultural inequity and inequality. Please join our effort to understand our responsibilities as we face race and racism. The workshop will help us develop a common vocabulary, identify commitments and processes to hold each other accountable, and provide tools and resources for TSDCA to communicate and continue learning.

This workshop, led by Keryl McCord and Kim Pevia of Equity Quotient, would normally cost over $250 per person to attend. However, with the special grants that have been procured for this presentation, the admission for TSDCA members will be $25. Lunch will be provided, and is included in the cost of admission. Space for this workshop is very limited.

We want you in the conversation – sign up today!
