TSDCA Statement on Williamstown Theatre Festival

The Executive Board of the TSDCA stands in solidarity with all those who walk away from unsafe and unfair working conditions and practices. We honor the courage of the sound crew at Williamstown Theater Festival who protested a systematically abusive system and won better pay and hours. We look to our industry to learn from their example and bring us back to the stage in an equitable and humane manner.
