Walk to Pig Iron, or a cheap subway to all of the downtown theaters and venues. Private, quiet guest-room. Outdoor space and big kitchen. Access to my studio and large-format plotter negotiable especially if I’m out of town. Must be comfortable with a 75lb. pitbull who will lick your toes to wake you up in the morning.
