Thanks to everyone who participated! Let’s do it again – and in other cities!
In brief: A group of directors and designers of all types met for approximately two hours of intense one on one conversation fueled by snacks and wine generously provided by SDCF. Participants are being sent a survey so we can learn from this first attempt. This version had two lines of chairs facing each other with a couple designer ‘time out’ chairs near the wine as there were two more designers than directors. Directors sat in the outside lane, with designers on the two inner rows facing out. Every three minutes designers moved to the chair to their right.
